Cooking Tips

If you would prefer to use an oven in stead of frying, add all of the ingredients in a oven proof dish and cover. Cook at 180 C for 60 -90 minutes. The oven may reduce the liquid much faster and you may have to add additional water during the cooking time.

  1. The Mediterranean region of Northern Africa, Europe, and the Middle East is home to some of the most popular cuisines worldwide and includes pasta from Italy, kebabs from Turkey, and of course the highly varied cuisine of Greece. But, what is Greek food? Making use of a wide range of ingredients, namely olive oil, vegetables and herbs, bread, fish, poultry, and cheese, it is easy to comprehend the massive popularity of Greek food around the world.
